Van delivery

Door-to-door delivery (drop-off at the start) and collection (pickup at the end) may be requested at all 28 locations. They require prior approval and are not automatically included: our team confirms availability, calculates the quote from the actual road-driving distance and obtains your approval before any amount is charged. Each is shown as a request until it is approved.

Note: automatic online delivery pricing is not yet active. Every door-to-door quote is calculated from the road distance between our location and your validated address and is confirmed by our team; the estimator below is illustrative only.

Miles over 1,000	$1.50/mi

Only the miles that fall in each range are charged at that range's rate. Example: 250 miles = $650.00 (the first 100 miles at $2.75 plus the next 150 miles at $2.50).

How door-to-door is quoted

• Delivery and collection are quoted as two separate legs — the drop-off to you and the end-of-rental collection — each multiplied by the number of vans.
• Each service is priced by road distance using the progressive schedule above — only the miles inside each range use that range’s rate — and a $65 minimum applies to each service, per van.
• We show you the complete quote and get your approval before charging any amount.
• The $1,000 security hold and all rental requirements apply the same way as a location pickup.
• Door-to-door is available online when your pickup is at least 24 hours away; otherwise please call us.

• At the Options step, under “Van delivery & pickup”, tick “Deliver my van(s) at the start” and/or “Pick up my van(s) at the end” and enter the address, or contact us.
• We confirm availability, calculate each leg by road distance and send your quote for approval before your reservation is finalized.
