Pickup is arranged in advance and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; our offices are not continuously staffed, so pickup instructions are provided before your reservation — where the van is, how to get the keys and what to bring.

One van, set up for 12 or 15 passengers, at one rate. The 12-passenger setup is ideal for groups wanting passenger capacity with additional room for luggage; the 15-passenger setup is ideal for maximizing passenger capacity.
