24-hour full-refund window (request by email)
You may request a full refund by emailing NVR within 24 hours after making your reservation, provided your scheduled pickup is still more than 24 hours away when we receive your email. Reservations made within 24 hours of pickup do not qualify for this refund window. We use the time NVR receives your email to determine eligibility. After this window, our standard cancellation and reservation-credit policy applies.
Email your request to info@nationvanrentals.com with your reservation reference. A phone call or text message alone does not meet the email requirement for this refund window. Changing the reservation, making a further payment or any other later update does not restart the 24-hour window.
After the booking refund window
After the initial 24-hour booking refund window, rental payments are nonrefundable. For eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the amount paid will be issued as Nation Van Rentals reservation credit. There is no cancellation fee.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and no-shows receive no refund and no reservation credit.
Early returns
Unused rental time following an early return is nonrefundable and does not create a reservation credit.
Reservation changes
Date changes are subject to availability and approval. Approved changes made at least 24 hours before pickup may be applied to a future or revised reservation without a change fee.
How to cancel
To request a full refund within the 24-hour window, email info@nationvanrentals.com — the time NVR receives your email determines eligibility. For any other cancellation or change, call 813-998-7708 (24/7) or email us with your reservation reference; the time we receive your request determines which rule applies. Calling to discuss or cancel a reservation is welcome, but only an email request qualifies for the 24-hour full-refund window.
Reservation credits
Reservation credit is applied toward a future Nation Van Rentals rental. It expires 12 months after issuance and is nontransferable. A credit may be used over multiple eligible reservations; if you use only part of it, the remaining balance stays available until the original expiration date. Reservation credit is not redeemable for cash.
Policy version: September 28, 2026. This version applies to reservations made on or after 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EDT) on September 30, 2026; a reservation made before then keeps the cancellation terms that applied when it was made. If any summary on this website differs from the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
