24-hour booking refund window
You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours after making the reservation, provided the scheduled pickup time is more than 24 hours away when the cancellation request is made. The 24-hour booking refund window does not apply when the reservation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
After the booking refund window
After the initial 24-hour booking refund window, rental payments are nonrefundable. For eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the amount paid will be issued as Nation Van Rentals reservation credit. There is no cancellation fee.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and no-shows receive no refund and no reservation credit.
Early returns
Unused rental time following an early return is nonrefundable and does not create a reservation credit.
Reservation changes
Date changes are subject to availability and approval. Approved changes made at least 24 hours before pickup may be applied to a future or revised reservation without a change fee.
How to cancel
Call 813-998-7708 (24/7) or email info@nationvanrentals.com with your reservation reference. The time we receive your request determines which rule applies.
Reservation credits
Reservation credit is applied toward a future Nation Van Rentals rental. It expires 12 months after issuance and is nontransferable. A credit may be used over multiple eligible reservations; if you use only part of it, the remaining balance stays available until the original expiration date. Reservation credit is not redeemable for cash.
If any summary on this website differs from the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
