How one-way rentals work
- One-way rentals must be requested and require prior approval; they are subject to availability.
- A separate one-way fee applies, based on the distance schedule below. Nation Van Rentals shows you the complete quote and obtains your approval before charging any one-way amount.
- Our published base rental schedule is the same at every location: $249 for 1 day · $199/day for 2–4 days · $175/day for 5–7 days · additional days $135 each (Days 8–15), then $90 each (Day 16+) — base rental per van. Any airport drop-off surcharge and taxes depend on your pickup spot.
- A one-way arrangement is not guaranteed simply because two cities appear on this website.

Only the miles that fall in each range are charged at that range's rate. Example: 250 miles = $650.00 (the first 100 miles at $2.75 plus the next 150 miles at $2.50).

Leaving the pickup state
Approved travel is limited to the United States; travel to Canada or Mexico is prohibited. If you plan to leave the pickup state, notify Nation Van Rentals in advance, disclose your destination states and obtain prior approval. Unlimited mileage does not replace this approval.
