Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when payment of the rental total is completed and your van is secured. Online booking and emailed quotes are temporarily unavailable; reservations are made by phone with our team. An estimate shown on this website is not a reservation and holds no vehicle. One-way rentals, delivery requests, multi-van bookings and custom quotes require approval by Nation Van Rentals and are not confirmed until approved. The Rental Requirements & Policies and the Cancellation & Reservation-Credit Policy form part of these terms.
Rental agreement controls
Every rental is governed by the rental agreement signed at pickup. If any summary on this website differs from the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Vehicles
Vehicle make, model, color, roof height, features, seating configuration and exact appearance may vary based on location, rental dates and availability.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate renter, driver and contact information and to keep it current for the duration of your rental.
Payments, cards and security hold
Online card entry is temporarily unavailable; payment for a reservation made by phone is completed with our team. Card details are never stored on this website. For the $1,000 per-van security hold we accept credit and debit cards but not prepaid cards; the card may belong to the renter or an approved company or third party with proper authorization. The hold is authorized at pickup and is separate from the rental payment; the unused hold is released within one day after the vehicle is returned and inspected, less any authorized charges, and your bank's processing time may vary. Under the signed rental and payment authorization, Nation Van Rentals may charge verified post-rental amounts (such as fuel, tolls, citations, cleaning, damage, keys, roadside and late returns). This authorization does not waive any legal dispute or chargeback rights you may have.
