12 & 15 Passenger Van Rental in Tampa, FL

Two Tampa pickup spots

Flying into Tampa? Rental customers arriving by air at TPA can use our complimentary 24/7 shuttle from the airport to their Tampa pickup location. Shuttle pickup instructions are included in your reservation confirmation email. Our Tampa Airport Area pickup is at A1 Express Airport Parking, whose shuttle brings you from TPA to its facility, where your rental van is waiting for you to drive.

Cleaning, taxes and any selected extras apply at either spot. Airport Location Fee — $65 per van, per rental. It is not charged for a Fletcher pickup or when your van is delivered directly to your address.

Tampa Bay trips tend to mix city and coast: a Lightning game downtown, a Bucs game at Raymond James Stadium, a day at Busch Gardens, then the Gulf beaches in Clearwater or St. Pete. A single passenger van keeps a team, church group or family together across the bridges instead of splitting into a caravan.

Our Tampa location is tied to Tampa International Airport (TPA) and, like every Nation Van Rentals location, offers 24/7 customer support with pickup available 24/7 at our main location (pickup times at the Airport Area facility are confirmed with your reservation). Rent one van or up to 15 in a single request, subject to availability.

Driving in and around Tampa

• Several Tampa Bay expressways, including the Selmon Expressway and the Veterans Expressway, are all-electronic toll roads with no cash lanes. Tolls incurred during a rental are billed at the actual amount, with no toll administration fee (toll policy).
• Florida’s hurricane season officially runs June 1 through November 30, and summer afternoons often bring thunderstorms — build some slack into beach and cruise-day schedules.
• Beach parking in Clearwater and St. Pete Beach fills early on weekends, and many garages have height limits a high-roof van can exceed. A standard roof is easier to park if your plans are garage-heavy.
